College basketball season is coming to a quick close - so I want to try and help you end on a high note. I do all of my betting through Bovada, and if you go there through this LINK they will DOUBLE your deposit! It helps you, and it helps us at ATB.
I'm going to show you the six-game parlay we are laying tonight - then I'll tell you why I went with each game. This parlay has quite a bit of juice. Let's go win some money.
New Mexico money-line (-500)
Xavier +4 (-110)
UTEP money-line (-130)
Tenn St money-line (-130)
Virginia money-line (-145)
Auburn money-line (-1000)
San Jose State (7-23) @ New Mexico (18-13)
San Jose has lost it's last five on the road, and nine of their last ten as a whole. New Mexico hasn't done much better, but they have won two of their last five at home. San Jose is shooting a measly 37.53% from the field on the road this year while averaging 67 pts; New Mexico is shooting 48.53% at home and averaging 79.9 pts.
Xavier (19-10) +4 @ Providence (17-12)
This season, Xavier is shooting a higher FG% on the road then Providence is shooting at home. Another category that Xavier has thrived in is road rebounds per game. They are ranked 4th in the country and that's in large part due to their tough defense. Xavier is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games.
UTEP (15-14) @ Middle Tenn (7-22)
The consensus in the sports betting arena is 72% on the side of UTEP covering the -1.5 spread. Conference USA is one where you never know who will represent in March. So, UTEP will be fighting to go into the conference tourney with a win. The last time these two matched up - UTEP took the win by a mere 1 point.
Morehead State (13-18) vs Tennessee State (17-14)
Tenn St is shooting 10% better FG, FT and 3pt %'s than Morehead St (Tenn @ home vs Morehead on the road). They are deadlocked at 2-2 in their last 4 match-ups, but Tenn St is the better team right now. Probably senior night at Ford Center, lots of emotions, wanting to go into tourney play on a high note.
Virginia (21-7) @ Miami (FL) (14-14)
Tony Bennett knows how to run a team. They are 9-1 in their last 10 and finding their stride at the perfect time. On the flip side, Miami is 4-6 and really only beating up on bad teams. In this 10 game stretch, Virginia has beat Florida State, Louisville, Clemson, UNC, Duke - to name a few. Virginia ranks 1st and 2nd in the nation in points allowed and FG% respectively. This team gets after it. A dark horse to make some noise in the ACC Tourney and March Madness as well.
Texas A&M (14-14) @ Auburn (24-5)
In their last five home games, Auburn has been perfect. Auburn won their last match-up with A&M by a convincing 19 points while on the road. I fully expect them to come out and show everyone why they are so highly touted this year.
