Sooooo, how did week one go for you? Did you cash a few betting slips and win some money playing DFS? I certainly hope so. But even if you didn’t, please remember to keep this one super important thing in mind:
Football is back, my friends. And in this ridiculously trying year, that’s a win for all of us.
Alright then. Now that my public service announcement is out of the way, let’s quickly recap Chandler’s and my picks in week one and then move on to week two’s plays.
Week 1 Recap – John’s Plays: 1. DET -3 (-110) vs CHI: LOSE 23-27
2. LV -3 (-120) at CAR: WIN 34-30
3. Two Team Teaser (+6, -120): LOSE (IND -2 & LAR +3)
Week 1 Recap – Chandler’s Plays: 1. CLE +8 (-115) at BAL: LOSE 6-38
2. GB +2.5 (-105) at MIN: WIN 43-34
3. SEA -2 (-115) at ATL: WIN 38-25
Chandler is off to the early lead in 2020. But I’m feeling froggy. Don’t call it a comeback.
Remember, these weekly Best Bets/DFS Advice articles will simply be me posting both Chandler and my weekly bets and FanDuel DFS lineups. There really won’t be any analysis here. For that, you simply have to watch our weekly Best Bets/DFS YouTube video. Or if you prefer, you can listen the podcast version instead. All of our plays are explained in great detail there, and we also talk about some of the other plays that we like, even if they aren’t official wagers.
Last, we each put together a FanDuel lineup to give you the advantage with your DFS decisions this weekend, and hopefully to help you win some cash. Each of our lineups are posted below, but definitely check out the video/podcast for our explanation behind each pick, as well as the other players we love but just didn’t include in the lineups below.
John’s Week 2 Plays: NO -6 (-110) at LV
NYG +5.5 (-110) at CHI
IND -3 vs MIN
Chandler’s Week 2 Plays:
JAX at TEN OVER 43.5 (-115)
NYG +5.5 (-110) at CHI
SF -6.5 (-110) at NYJ
Below are both of the FanDuel lineups that we put together on the show. These lineups would be good for cash games or› for small contests, not larger tournaments with 5,000+ entries. In those kinds of contests, you should be paying up at RB, stacking your lineup (explanation on the show), and taking a shot on low-owned, very cheap WRs who, if they explode, can win you the whole tournament.

Good luck to you all this weekend!! Here’s to cashing tickets and smashing the field in your DFS tourneys and cash games!!
